Wonder Workshop is an educational robotics startup based in Silicon Valley. They raised $15.9 million in funding from Madrona Venture Group, CRV, WI Harper, Google Ventures, and others to bring their robots to over 20,000 schools worldwide. The annual Wonder League Robotics Competition sees competitors from over 60 countries.
They had social media accounts but no clear strategy and no one looking after the accounts to ensure quality and consistency. Traverse was brought on board to manage the accounts plus create and curate content for them. Through weekly analysis, we honed in on what content resonated best with Wonder’s audience and leaned into that to improve engagement and grow the accounts. With our in-house production team and studio, we produced photo and video content on a weekly basis.
Our strategy, management, and content creation generated hundreds of thousands of organic impressions for Wonder Workshop each month. In 14 months, their Instagram following doubled and engagement grew by 203%.
